I appreciated the hotel, everything was great here. Stayed at a recently refurbished and unique room with a comfy bed and a large screen TV, as example. Had shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The location was favourable as for me, near to Softball Tournament, several restaurants, and a couple local shops. It also was in the middle of jackson...

Dragonfly Inn & Suites in Hastings is a cute hotel, with very cordial staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was spacious and retro. I appreciated my time here and would be happy to recommend this place.

the staff were accommodating, comfortable and good location in the middle of jackson. having a safe, multi-channel tv and a microwave oven in my unique room was really great.

Convenient location with restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore. The staff here were really friendly and welcoming. 😊

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and even went out of their way to drive a guest to their appointment. The room was well-decorated and comfortable, with new flooring and fixtures. The bed was particularly comfortable and provided the best sleep I've had in a long time. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including warm biscuits and gravy as an addition to the standard continental fare.

This place is charming with a lovely view of the lake, and the spacious rooms are retro and come with a nice bathroom featuring a shower and soft bathrobes.

Absolutely nothing.

Spent my Christmas vacation at a cozy hotel. The chocolate chip cookies and hot cocoa were complimentary, making the arrival more enjoyable. The hotel was situated near a variety of restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was very convenient and helpful.

The only downside to my stay was the noise levels which made it difficult to sleep and relax. The walls were quite thin and I could hear everything going on in the hallways and nearby rooms.

The beds, pillows, and bedding were amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The clean and organized eating area was a definite plus. the owner/manager was kind and flexible when we had to change our arrival date due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our room had new drapes which were too small and let in light from all sides, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. , our room was located on the main floor by the parking lot, which was unsettling for us.
